Job Description: TEDxAmsterdam is seeking a passionate and innovative Partnerships Team Leads to join our team. Our ideal candidates are individuals who thrive on building meaningful relationships, look for unconventional opportunities and can elevate and strengthen our partnerships. This role involves shaping TEDxAmsterdam’s collaborative efforts, ensuring that our events and content are powered by impactful partnerships.
Your Role
- Strategic Input: Drive the creation and execution of partnership strategies, aligning them with TEDxAmsterdam’s vision and goals.
- Content Development: Collaborate with TEDxAmsterdam teams to integrate partner expectations into our events and content, ensuring mutual value.
- Team Leader: Responsible for the wellbeing and collective success of the Partnerships team, ensuring smooth communication between team and overall TEDx organisation, as well as equally distributing work responsibilities within the team.
Who you are
- Critical Thinking: Able to develop innovative partnership solutions that challenge the status quo and add value to make the highest impact.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating, managing relationships, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Leadership: Experience in leading a team and partnership initiatives, with a focus on collaborative and sustainable outcomes.
